Mental symptoms 

 Abies can,  is for people who tend to be either fretful (unhappy, worried) or quiet and careful. These People are weak, nervous, and lightheaded (dizzy or faint), they may lie down frequently, especially with their legs drawn up, to avoid fainting.

 Physical symptoms 

Characteristics Symptoms include chilliness and clammy skin, a sensation that the blood has turned into cold water, or there is a feeling that wet cloth between the shoulder blades. Abies can. is given primarily to treat digestive disorders associated with inflamed mucous membranes (Epithelial mucus and lines various cavities) in the stomach and poor absorption of food. Overeating, hunger pains and rumbling in the bowels are common Symptoms with feeling of Nausea, bloating, and severe burning pain in the abdomen may cause palpitations to develop in the heart.

 Abies Canadensis.

INTRODUCTION: It is one of the remarkbale remedies in the treatment of chronic gastric affections and uterine disorders.

Clinical:

Indigestion. Liver disorder. Uterine disorder.

Spheres of Action & pathogenesis: It acts on stomach and uterus, heart, lungs. It produces catarrhal condition of stomach.

Symptoms :

1) Great debility (physical weakness) with strong desire to lie down and rest most of the time.

2) Gnawing (Uncomfortable), hungry, faint feeling at the epigastrium (upper and median part of the abdomen).

3) Great appetite, tendency to eat beyond the capacity for digestion.

4) Craving for meat, pickles (achaar), radishes, turnips (shalgam), coarse food etc.

5) Chilliness is very characteristic especially when associated with cravings and prostration(physical weakness).

6) A remedy for uterine displacement with sore feeling at fundus of uterus relieved by pressure.

Stomach - The most prominent symptoms are Gastric Symptoms in our selection of Abies Can. There is canine hunger which gnaws (persistent distress or anxiety) in the stomach causing a sort of fainting feeling at the epigastrium. The patient does not know eats so much and very often there is excessive loading of the stomach which causes distention (swelling or became large) of stomach & abdomen with severe palpitation of heart. 

Female genital Organs - Uterine prolapsus with sore feeling at fundus of uterus, relieved by pressure. Prostration (physical weakness) wants to lie down all the time. She thinks womb (uterus) is soft & feeble.
